Beck Built's Design-Build & New Construction Development Division began on 1/1/2026 with the qualification of Beck Built as a CRC. 

The goal of our Design Build Division is to obtain real estate for the purpose of developing site built new construction/custom home building. Austin Beck is in the process of the first project which will be owned and developed through Beck Built LLC and then sold on the market at completion. The project will be in the Jacksonville Beaches area.
